Our digital-based resources are available globally. We offer a range of digital poster sets and toolkits designed to support your educational needs. These resources can be purchased directly through our online store or by submitting an order via the ‘School Order’ tab above.

• Online Store Purchases: Resources purchased through the online store are available for immediate download upon completion of your order. Simply follow the download instructions provided at checkout.

• School Orders: If you place an order through the ‘School Order’ tab, a download link for all purchased resources will be sent to you once payment has been processed. Clear instructions will be provided to ensure easy access to your materials.

Our shipping fees and delivery times are based on your location and the weight of your resources.

Countries listed below can use our online store (payable in HK$) or use our school order system (payable in GPB, USD, AUD or HKD).

Shipping cost will be determined by the total weight of goods and the country to which the goods will be shipped. Shipping costs will be available at checkout. We work with our courier partners to get you the best deal possible.

ASIA: Hong Kong, China, Japan, Indonesia, Macao, the Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, Korea and Vietnam

EUROPE: Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Serbia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey and the United Kingdom

OCEANIA: Australia and New Zealand

We do ship our infographic displays to other countries not listed above. Please fill out an order form, using the ‘school order’ tab above and email it to us at info@blackbox.education. We will get an invoice sent to you within 2 working days. Shipping cost will be determined by the total weight of goods and the country the goods will be shipped to and this cost will be added to your invoice.

DELIVERY TIME OF PHYSICAL PRODUCTS.

DELIVERY WILL NORMALLY TAKE BETWEEN 7-15 WORKING DAYS AFTER DISPATCH.

We print our infographic posters and displays on demand using our artisan printers, so that they arrive to your fresh and off the press.

We provide end-to-end online tracking of mail items. You will get a tracking number once your products have left our shipping facility.

Digital Products
Digital products are available for immediate download upon purchase. Simply follow the instructions provided at checkout to access your resources.

Physical Products
Physical products are dispatched once they have been printed. For orders placed before midday, printing is typically completed within 3 working days. Please note that during busy periods, such as September and January, delivery times may be slightly longer. This applies to orders placed Monday to Friday.

• Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays will be processed on the following Monday or the next working day.

If you experience any issues with your delivery, please contact us as soon as possible. Customer satisfaction is our top priority, and we are committed to providing you with the best service and products.

STOCK INFORMATION

We strive to maintain stock of all items in our warehouse. However, shortages may occasionally occur.

• If an item is out of stock, this will be clearly indicated on the product’s webpage.

• If you wish to inquire about an out-of-stock item, please email us, and we will provide you with an estimated restock date.
