Licence Agreement for digital products
By purchasing Black Box Education’s digital resources, your school is granted a non-transferable licence to use the materials within the set exclusively at your school. This licence enables your school to utilise the toolkit for educational purposes under the following terms and conditions:
Permitted Use
Photocopying and Printing:
The materials in this toolkit may be photocopied or printed for use by teachers and students within your school only.
Embedding in Virtual Learning Environments (VLEs):
The toolkit’s resources, including PDFs and PNG images, can be embedded in your school’s internal VLEs, such as Google Classroom, Microsoft Teams, or other secure platforms, for access by your staff and students.
These materials must remain password-protected or restricted to your school community.
Internal Use Only:
The toolkit may be used for teaching activities, professional development, and assessment preparation within your school.
Prohibited Use
Sharing Outside the Purchasing School:
The materials in this toolkit cannot be shared with other schools, institutions, or individuals who have not purchased it.
This includes sharing printed copies, digital files, or access to the materials via external platforms.
Reproduction for External Use:
The materials must not be reproduced, distributed, or published in any form outside your school’s use.
Use by Unauthorised Teachers:
Only teachers employed by the purchasing school are authorised to use this toolkit. It must not be shared with freelance tutors or external providers unless they are delivering services for your school.
Licence Terms
By purchasing any of our digital resources, your school agrees to:
Protect the intellectual property of the creators by ensuring the materials are used exclusively within the purchasing school.
Abide by the terms of this licence, ensuring the resources are not shared externally or used commercially.
Breaches of Licence
Failure to comply with these terms may result in:
Revocation of the Licence: The licence to use the resources may be withdrawn.
Legal Action: The creators reserve the right to pursue legal action for unauthorised sharing or reproduction of the materials.

ORDERING AND PAYMENT
We accept a variety of payments when ordering.
ONLINE STORE: You can use a credit card, PayPal or Apple Pay - payments are made in HK$
ORDER FORM AND INVOICE: Credit card, PayPal or bank transfer - payments can be made in HK$, GBP, AU$ or US$
An invoice will be sent to the email address you provided and a copy will also be sent with your goods.

We understand that each country has its own rules and laws based on the taxing of importing goods. Any additional fees or tax your country may charge will be paid by you.
RETURNS AND EXCHANCE
PHYSICAL PRODUCTS
If, for any reason, you need to return a physical product, please contact our Customer Service team for an authorisation number by emailing info@blackbox.education.
We accept returns within 7 days of the delivery date, provided the product is in perfect condition and in its original packaging. In such cases, we will be happy to refund the original price of the item or offer you an exchange. You are responsible for any returned goods until they reach us, so we recommend obtaining proof of postage. Returns and exchanges will be processed as soon as possible upon receipt. Please note that postage, packaging, and insurance costs for returns cannot be refunded. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Faulty or Damaged Goods
If you receive faulty or damaged goods, please notify us within 7 days of delivery, and we will gladly arrange an exchange. You are responsible for any returned goods until they reach us, so we recommend obtaining proof of postage. For faulty or damaged goods, any approved return costs will be prepaid or refunded. This does not affect your statutory rights.
DIGITAL PRODUCTS
All digital products are non-refundable. We strongly encourage you to carefully review the product descriptions to ensure the resource meets your specific needs before making a purchase.
Lost or Deleted Products
If you lose or accidentally delete your digital product, please email us with proof of your order (e.g., order confirmation or receipt). Upon confirmation, we will happily resend the product to you.
Delivery and Access
Digital products will be delivered via email in a document containing a download link and a unique password. Please note:
The password is valid for 14 days only.
Be sure to download all your content, including poster sets and toolkits, within this timeframe.

Discontinued products - please note, products that have been discontinued can not be returned, refunded or exchanged.
