ordering & payment
We accept a variety of payments at time of ordering. An invoice will be sent to the email address you provided and a copy will also be sent with your goods. We can accept these payment methods:

We understand that each country has its own rules and laws based on the taxing of importing goods. Any additional fees or tax your country may charge will be paid by you.
returns & exchange
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase from Black Box Education. If for any reason you need to return an item, please contact our Customer Service team for an authorization number: email firstname.lastname@example.org
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery date as long as the product is in perfect condition with original packaging; in this case we will be happy to refund the original price of the item or send you an exchange. You are responsible for any returned goods until they reach us so we recommend you obtain proof of postage. Returns and exchanges will be processed as soon as possible after arrival. We regret that postage, packaging and insurance costs of returns cannot be refunded. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Faulty or Damaged Goods
In the case of faulty or damaged goods please notify us within 7 days of delivery and we will be happy to send you an exchange. You are responsible for any returned goods until they reach us so we recommend you obtain proof of postage. In the case of faulty or damaged goods, approved costs of returns will be prepaid or refunded. This does not affect your statutory rights.
